Eligibility for Return
The product must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Only unopened and unused bottles in original packaging are eligible.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged bottles for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost. Contact our support team with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
